Hillcrest Mall, Toronto, On

A major general contractor enlisted our services on a large indoor retail project. The issue was that the project needed to be done in the evening (after the mall had closed) and the work area had to be accessible in the morning with the opening of the mall. Included in the morning site conditions was the necessity for the retail windows (in the work area) to be clean and not negatively impacted by the removal of the existing floor.

Lutec was called in for both our ability to remove several thousand square feet a night and the dust collecting capabilities of our machine. In fact no additional window cleaning was required in co ordination of our work. In an expedited and clean manner we were able to remove the existing substrate and have it ready for the installation of the new floor with no negative impact on the daily foot traffic of the mall.
